Tables of costs and specifications

What follows is a "core dump" of the spreadsheets that I am using to calculate heliostat costs and specifications. I am posting them to give people an idea of some of the design and cost factors under consideration. I have been promising certain people to show them some numbers and I felt it was taking too long to get everything pretty; at the very least I should show how far I've gotten.

I welcome comments and questions, but let's get a few things perfectly clear: the so-called "business plan" is just a few numbers I am tossing around - it is far from complete and it is missing some very important elements. This is a work in progress.

Now, with all of that out of the way, here is the main number that you want to know: the mini-heliostats will cost US$45.95/m2 (or Sfr68.87/m2) of reflective surface.
